Pattie Aranio began her career in the Insurance Industry with AFLAC in 1989. With 19 years' experience, she's seen AFLAC grow from an innovative cancer insurer with two basic product offerings to a multi-billion dollar supplemental insurance leader. She was the first Field Trainer for Section 125 for AFLAC, and trained at the AFLAC worldwide headquarters. She was involved in starting the Flex One Hawaii Service Center which is now PIOPAC Fidelity one of Hawaii's leading TPA firms.

During her career with AFLAC she assisted over 200 clients by setting up their Pre-Tax Section 125, Section 132, and other voluntary payroll deductible programs. These programs were implemented with companies of 5 to 2000 employees. She coordinated a skilled team of enrollers who are presently located statewide, equipped with laptop computers, possessing knowlegde of a wide range of employee benefits.

In 2008 Pattie retired from her position as Regional Sales Coordinator for AFLAC and founded Benefits By Design, a Benefits Consulting and Enrollment Company. She has taken her 19 years of experience in Worksite Marketing along with Section 125, and is using it to educate, partner with, and establish personal clients with her colleagues in the insurance industry.

In addition to her very rewarding career, Pattie also moonlights as a wife and mother of seven (a husband, four children, and two dogs).
